目的建立一种简便、快速、灵敏、准确的高效液相色谱法来测定保健食品中5种水溶性维生素B1、B2、B6、烟酸和烟酰胺。方法以GRACE Apollo C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以0.1%三氟乙酸溶液-乙腈为流动相(梯度洗脱),检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃。结果各种维生素在10.0~200.0μg/mL间线性关系良好,r在0.9995~0.9999间,平均回收率96.0%~107.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.81%~2.61%。结论该方法用于保健食品中5种常见水溶性维生素的分析,可准确、快速的定性、定量,方法简便可靠、易于掌握、便于推广。
Objective To establish a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate HPLC method for the determination of five water-soluble vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin and nicotinamide in health food. Methods The chromatographic column was GRACE Apollo C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was 35 ° C. Results The linear relationships of various vitamins between 10.0 ~ 200.0 μg / mL were good. The average recoveries were between 96.0% and 107.8% with relative standard deviations (n = 6) ranging from 0.9995 to 0.9999. The relative standard deviations (n = 6) were 0.81% -2.61%. Conclusion The method is applied to the analysis of five kinds of common water-soluble vitamins in health food, which can be accurate and rapid qualitative and quantitative. The method is simple and reliable, easy to grasp and easy to popularize.
