目的:研究金志制剂对利血平化小鼠低体温的影响以及对脑组织中单胺递质含量的影响。方法:复制利血平化小鼠的抑郁模型,观察给药后小鼠体温的变化,并使用化学荧光法检测脑组织中单胺神经递质含量变化。结果:金志制剂可显著提高利血平化小鼠体温,可明显升高脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量。结论:金志制剂具有明显的抗抑郁效果,其机制可能与调节单胺递质含量有关。
Objective: To study the effect of Jinzhi preparation on hypothermia in mice with reserpine and the effect of monoamine neurotransmitter content in brain tissue. METHODS: The model of depression in mice with reserpination was replicated, and the change of body temperature after administration was observed. The change of monoamine neurotransmitter content in brain tissue was detected by chemical fluorescence method. RESULTS: Jinzhi preparation could significantly increase the body temperature of reserpinized mice and significantly increase the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissue. Conclusion: Jinzhi preparation has obvious antidepressant effect, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of monoamine neurotransmitter content.
