有关动物压力痛阈的测定万法,见于Takagi氏法,以动物啮咬时间判定痛阈的大小。也见于Green氏及高木敬次郎改良Green氏法——利用水压注射器加压法,以及最近Radall-selitto氏以重量表示的天平氏加压装置法。国内似未见同类仪器的报道。我们自制了两种简易鼠尾压力痛阈测定器,可以直接从仪器的指针读出压力之大小以判定痛阈值。经500只动物若干次实验,证实其效果确实可靠,现介绍于下。一、旋动压力痛阈测定器此测定器由加压器、杠杆、动物固定盒及压力指示器四部份组成(图1)。加压器由旋杆和上下两块宽1毫米、长1厘米的加压块组成。上加压块与旋杆相连,下加压块与杠杆
