Electric shock injury commonly known as electric shock, is due to the current through the human body caused by injury. Mostly due to direct contact with the human body caused by power, but also by thousands of volts or more high-voltage lightning or lightning damage. Contact with more than 1000 volts of high-voltage electrical appear more than stop breathing, 200 volts below the low voltage easily lead to myocardial fibrillation and cardiac arrest, 220 ~ 1000 volts of voltage can cause heart and respiratory center paralysis at the same time. There may be a depth of electric shock burned and was yellow, with the surrounding normal tissue demarcation, there are more than 2 wounds, an entrance, one or several exits, severe wounds and subcutaneous tissue, tendons, muscles, nerves, Even deep bones, was carbonized state. First aid measures for electric shock 1. Immediately cut off the power, or use non-conductive objects such as dry sticks, bamboo sticks or dry cloth and other objects so that the casualties from the power as soon as possible. First aid workers should not directly contact the electric shock casualties to prevent their own electric shock and affect the rescue work. 2. When the casualty is out of power, the victim’s condition should be checked immediately
