目的:通过药酶特性与药物间相互作用理论知识的运用,帮助临床药师参与临床药物治疗方案的制定,探讨其在临床合理用药中的作用。方法:1例癫痫患者多种抗痫药联合治疗失败,临床药师进行药学干预,调整治疗方案并进行监护。结果:调整方案后患者癫痫得到有效控制。结论:通过药物代谢酶及相互作用的认识有助于帮助临床药师参与临床合理用药和减少药物不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To help clinical pharmacists to participate in the formulation of clinical drug treatment programs through the application of the theoretical knowledge of drug-drug properties and drug-drug interactions and to explore its role in the rational use of drugs. Methods: One case of epilepsy patients with multiple antiepileptic drugs failed in combination therapy, clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical interventions, adjust the treatment plan and monitor. Results: The patient’s epilepsy was effectively controlled after adjusting the program. Conclusion: The understanding of drug metabolizing enzymes and their interactions can help clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical rational drug use and reduce adverse drug reactions.
