为弥补现行内齿轮泵CAD运用上的缺陷,基于UG三维开发平台,建立了一个能自行修改参数的通用优化设计模型,并给出离散型、整数型设计变量处理上的技巧;依据该模型的优化结果,驱动该泵实体模型的建立或实时更新过程是全参数化和自动化的;最后实例验证了方法、技巧的正确性和通用性。
In order to make up for the defects in the CAD application of the current internal gear pump, a universal optimization design model that can modify parameters on the basis of UG three-dimensional development platform is established, and the discrete and integer design variables processing skills are given. According to the model The result of the optimization is that the process of building or real-time updating the pump solid model is fully parameterized and automated. The final example verifies the correctness and universality of the methods and techniques.
