介绍了利用微波相位法测量短距离位移的工作原理,建立了一种基于此原理的谐振腔结构微波传感器模型,并完成了模拟计算。分析了微波传感器测量发动机叶尖间隙的能力,和高温环境对传感器性能的影响。结果显示此传感器能够在高温环境下完成0~6 mm范围内的高精度位移测量,可以很好的应用于航空发动机叶尖间隙的测试。
The working principle of measuring the short distance displacement by using the microwave phase method is introduced. A microwave resonator model based on this principle is established and the simulation calculation is completed. The ability of the microwave sensor to measure the tip clearance of the engine and the influence of the high temperature environment on the sensor performance are analyzed. The results show that this sensor can measure the displacement accurately within the range of 0 ~ 6 mm in high temperature environment, which can be used to test the tip clearance of aeroengine.
