目的:运用品管圈管理工具,提高昌平教学医院门诊处方合格率。方法:成立品管圈,分析门诊处方合格率低的原因,制定相应整改措施并组织实施,评价有形成果和无形成果,制定标准化工作流程。结果:通过品管圈活动,有形成果即门诊处方合格率由活动前72.83%提高到活动后84.20%;无形成果即药师的沟通能力、解决问题能力、自信心等有较大提高。结论:品管圈活动在提高门诊处方合格率中的应用,取得较好效果,建议推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the passing rate of outpatient prescriptions in Changping Teaching Hospital by using quality management tools. Methods: The quality control circle was established to analyze the reasons for the low qualification rate of outpatient prescriptions, formulate corresponding rectification measures and organize the implementation, evaluate the tangible and intangible achievements, and develop the standardization work flow. Results: Through the quality control circle activities, the tangible result that outpatient prescription pass rate increased from 72.83% before the activity to 84.20% after the activity; intangible results that pharmacists’ communication ability, problem solving ability and self-confidence have been greatly improved. Conclusion: Quality control circle activities in improving the outpatient prescription pass rate application, and achieved good results, it is recommended to promote the use.
