2000年,上海房地产市场呈现了近年来少有的良性运行态势。市场总体上供求矛盾继续缓解,商品房销售保持良好势头,存量房屋交易稳步上升。具体体现在以下几方面:市场供求矛盾趋缓,商品房销售量大幅攀升2000年新增经营性项目土地出让面积为874万平方米,较上年增加67.6%。其中,内销商品房土地出让面积较去年增加72.1%,外销商品房土地出让面积较上年减少32.6%。
