为进一步贯彻落实第三次设备管理工作会议的精神,研究在政府职能转变和企业转换经营机制过程中设备管理工作面临的新情况和新问题,国家经贸委资源节约综合利用司于1993年10月12日至16日在济南市召开了设备管理工作座谈会,国家经贸委资源节约综合利用司负责人李增义在会上就新形势下如何搞好设备管理工作讲了话(讲话摘要另发)。国家经贸委经济政策协调司负责人汤全林、山东省经委副主任王宝山、济南市经委副主任吴玲、中国设备管理协会副秘书长梁喜文、济南第二机床厂厂长张宝玮出席了座谈会开幕式并讲了话。各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市经委(计经委、生产委)主管设备管理工作的负责同志共50余人参加了会议。 座谈会上,代表们广泛交流了第三次全国设备管理工作会议以来的工作情况和经验;讨论了1994年设备管理工作的设想和在社会主义市场经济条件下,政府转变职能和企业转换经营机制的新形势下;进一步贯彻落实第三次全国设备管理工作会议的精神,加强设备管理工作的新思路、新举措;认真研究了贯彻落实
In order to further implement the spirit of the third equipment management work conference, the new situation and new problems faced by the equipment management work during the transformation of government functions and business transformation mechanisms were studied.
