刘邵《人物志》是一部读来颇有兴趣的书。刘邵(一作劭,又作邵),《三国志·魏书》有传,于汉末建安中起仕。魏黄初中曾参预编纂我国的第一部类书《皇览》。景初中,受诏作都官考课,就考核百官之事,提出七十二条考课的方法,但并没有得到实施。大概在这之后,他又撰《人物志》十二篇,提出知人和用人的原则。《四库全书提要》曰:“其书主于论辨人才,以外见之符,验内藏之器。分别流品,研析疑似。”对其内容做了准确
Liu Shao “Character History” is a book that is quite interesting to read. Liu Shao (one for 劭, but also for Shao), “Three Kingdoms · Wei Shu” biography, built in the Han Jianzhong Shi Shi. Wei Huang junior high school has participated in the compilation of China’s first book “imperial”. In King’s Junior High School, he was prosecuted for examinations, and on the examination of all officials, 72 selections of examinations were made, but they were not implemented.
