随着新课程标准的出台,新教材的试用,特别是一个全新的数学理念──人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必须的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展的提出,这一切都向数学教师提出严峻的挑战。本文介绍了作者对此的几点体会。
