目的采用高压液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,HPLC-ICP-MS)测定水产品中硼酸的含量。方法采用超声提取法对水产品进行前处理,优化蛋白沉淀剂、提取时间和流动相等条件。结果硼酸的检出限为0.015 mg/L,加标回收率为85.1%~112.1%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations,RSD)为6.0%~8.2%。结论本方法测定水产品中的硼酸含量准确、可靠,满足外源性硼酸的检测。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of boric acid in aquatic products by HPLC-ICP-MS with high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods The ultrasonic extraction method was used to pretreat aquatic products, optimize the conditions of protein precipitating agent, extraction time and mobile phase. Results The detection limit of boric acid was 0.015 mg / L, the spiked recoveries were 85.1% ~ 112.1%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 6.0% ~ 8.2%. Conclusion The determination of boric acid in aquatic products by this method is accurate and reliable, which can meet the requirement of exogenous boric acid.
