目的了解反复使用的氧气湿化装置和一次性氧气湿化装置使用中的污染状况,减少医院感染。方法对反复使用的氧气湿化装置和一次性氧气湿化装置使用中的污染状况进行采样检测。结果监测可反复使用湿化瓶湿化液95份,合格72份,合格率为75.8%,5份检出铜绿假单胞菌,2份检出阴沟杆菌;监测一次性氧气湿化装置湿化液87份,合格86份,合格率为98.9%,未检出致病菌。结论一次性氧气湿化装置,可以连续使用1周不更换,不需要清洗、浸泡、消毒、干燥保存和换蒸馏水等繁琐工作程序,显著减轻了临床护理工作负担,提高了工作效率。
Objective To understand the pollution status of reused oxygen humidifier and disposable oxygen humidifier to reduce nosocomial infection. Conclusion One-time oxygen humidification device can be continuously used for 1 week without replacement, and does not require tedious work procedures such as cleaning, soaking, sterilizing, drying, preserving and changing distilled water, significantly reducing the workload of clinical nursing and improving work efficiency.
