水稻品系 16 2 d是一个新发现的水稻小粒矮秆突变体。通过对 2 2 1个 SSR标记位点的多态性分析证明 16 2 d是由蜀恢 16 2突变产生的 ,16 2 d和蜀恢 16 2是一对近等基因系。对 F1 和 F2 代的遗传分析表明 16 2 d的矮生性由一对隐性基因控制。该基因的表型特点是株高为正常高度的 1/ 4左右 ,籽粒为正常大小的 1/ 4左右 ,结实很差 ,叶短而宽。该基因对赤霉素GA3 敏感 ,不位于 d1基因所在的水稻第 5染色体着丝点附近区域。因此 ,认为 16 2 d突变基因是一个新的水稻小粒矮秆基因。
Rice line 16 2 d is a newly discovered rice grain dwarf mutant. Polymorphism analysis of 221 SSR markers showed that 16 2 d was generated by Shuhui 16 2 mutation, while 16 2 d and Shuhui 16 2 were a pair of near-isogenic lines. Genetic analysis of F1 and F2 generations showed that dwarfism was controlled by a pair of recessive genes on 16 2 d. The phenotypic characteristics of the gene is about 1/4 of the normal height of the plant height, about 1/4 of the normal size of the grain, poorly formed, short and wide leaves. The gene is sensitive to gibberellin GA3 and not located in the vicinity of the centromere on chromosome 5 of rice where the d1 gene is located. Therefore, it is considered that the 16 2 d mutant gene is a new rice dwarf gene.
