(一)改进三头鑽:我厂过去在加工爐排链条(16×44×252扁铁制成)时,上面的三个孔是一个个鑽出,工作效率低,质量差。后来由王金荣、杜瑞岳两同志提出建议,将三道工步改为一道工步,用三头鑽来同时鑽孔。三头鑽如图1,装在一个齿轮箱中,并固紧在摇臂鑽床主轴的非旋转部分。锥柄1装在主轴内,随着主轴一道旋转。主动齿轮2带着从动齿轮3、4旋转,三个鑽头就同时将三个孔鑽出。(二)改道四头鑽:我厂过去加工各种法兰盘时,四个孔的中心距不相同,所以都是在小鑽床上搭上压板一个个的鑽生产效率很低。后来,忻定华同志改进了可调节的四头鑽装置,这种装置可以用在鑽床上鑽孔,也可以用在车床
