对目前常用的实验性肝损伤动物模型进行较为全面的介绍,参照近年来国内外相关文献,按照化学性、免疫性、药物性、酒精性等方面分类归纳文献资料,以实验性肝损伤动物模型分类为切入点,对肝损伤动物模型的造模方法、机制、特点、应用及优缺点进行综述。从结果来看,根据实验目的选择特定有针对性的肝损伤动物模型,对临床肝损伤机制的研究及护肝药物的筛选有重要意义。
