高度重视党的制度建设,是邓小平同志新时期党的建设理论的一个显著特点和重要内容。党的十一届三中全会以后,邓小平同志通过总结党的历史经验特别是“文化大革命”的沉痛教训,鲜明地提出了高度重视党的制度建设的重要思想,他运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,结合我国的具体情况,研究和分析我们党在制度建设方面的新形势、新问题,创造性地提出了以健全民主集中制为核心的制度建设的新思路。
Attaching great importance to the party’s system construction is a notable feature and an important element of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s party building theory in the new era. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Deng Xiaoping clearly put forward the important idea of attaching great importance to the party’s system construction by summing up the painful lessons of the party’s historical experience, especially the “Cultural Revolution.” He applied the Marxist standpoint , Ideas and methods of our country, and study and analyze our party’s new situation and problems in system construction in light of the specific conditions in our country, and creatively put forward a new thinking on how to establish a system with centralization of democratic centralism as the core.
