目前,我国地方普通本科高校正在积极探索转专业人才培养模式改革,其中,土木工程专业作为应用性极强的本科专业,是主要的改革对象。基于“产教融合”改革理念,地方普通高校转型专业人才培养模式改革应从校企合作模式、实践教学内容及手段、师资实践能力培养等多方面入手,以增强学生创新创业能力,提升教师实践能力。 At present, local undergraduate colleges and universities in our country are actively exploring the reform of the mode of training professionals.
