我厂生产的减震器是装在汽车底盘上防震用的,储油筒是减震器中的一个主要部件,它是用φ54×2的钢管与钢管吊耳一头焊接而成的。它的焊接技术要求是:(1)要承受拉力,在3吨的拉力下焊接处不能有裂纹或脱焊;(2)在5公斤/厘米_2压力下不漏油。过去我们是采用手工电弧焊接,生产效率低,劳动强度大。随着工农业生产的不断发展,这种老工艺远远不能满足生产的需要。在有关领导的支持下,我们发扬自力更生,艰苦奋斗的精神,在学习兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,克服了许多困难,经过四个月的努力奋战,终于制造成功一台CO_2气体保护焊机,实现了储油筒的焊接自动化。一年来的实践证明,储油筒焊接采用了这种新工艺,充分体现了产量高、质量好、成本低、劳动强度底、便于实现自动化和半自动化生产的优越性,使这一新工艺为社会主义革命和建设作出新贡献。
