简述了高压电瓷制浆生产过程中影响球磨效率的主要原因,采用15T间歇式湿法球磨机设备,从影响球磨效率几个因素着手,对高压电瓷制浆球磨生产的各项参数进行了优化调整,通过对球磨机的筒体转速、研磨体和研磨体的级配、水与物料和研磨体的比例进行正交试验,得到15T间歇湿法球磨机制备高压电瓷泥浆最优参数组合,提高了球磨生产效率17.5%,结合实际生产条件进行试验,使球磨生产过程效率稳定。
