《孙子兵法·谋攻篇》指出:“知彼知己,百战不殆;不知彼而知己,一胜一负;不知彼,不知己,每战必殆。”意思是说,既了解敌人又了解自己,百战都不会失败;不了解敌人只了解自己,胜败的可能各半;既不了解敌人又不了解自己,那就每战必败。在企业经营管理中,“彼”主要是指企业经营环境的各种因素和内部向外发出的各种信息在各方面引起的反响,包括竞争对手的各种资料以及与竞争相关的国家政治、经济、市场、供应渠道等情
