马来西亚的闽籍华人,多秉承自古以来的崇商传统,世代活跃于当地的各类商业投资活动。自20世纪80年代以来,随着中国经济改革开放的步伐日益加速,一部分较有实力的马来西亚闽商,开始返回祖籍地—中国,进行投资。然而。无论在祖国(马来西亚)或在祖籍国(中国),马来西亚闽商的投资路径皆充满荆棘。本文以总体性的实践分析方式,探讨了马来西亚闽商在马中两国投资的问题所在,并据此揭示问题之中,又以马来西亚闽商空有“马来西亚国民”和“海外华人”身份,但却不享有“国民待遇”和“华侨待遇”最为关键,由此剖析今天海外华人面对的困境。
Malaysian Chinese in Fujian Province, adhering to the traditionally tradition of merchants since ancient times, generations of active in various local business investment activities. Since the 1980s, as the pace of China’s economic reform and opening up has accelerated, some of the more powerful Malaysian merchants in Fujian have started to return to their ancestral home, China, to invest. however. This article explores the problem of Malaysian merchants investing in Malaysia and China in a holistic way of practical analysis.
