电动卷扬机容绳量及排绳问题是各类电动卷扬机在设计过程中必须考虑并解决的问题,而HC(8+8)t电动卷扬机的扬程较高,容绳量较大,卷筒装置的结构尺寸也会随之增大,卷扬机的占地空间也会增大。采用分区多层缠绕的方法解决了容绳量的问题并保证了卷筒装置的占地空间;通过优化压辊装置的结构,解决了大吨位超高扬程电动卷扬机的排绳问题。
