目的 :观察阶梯型颅内高压与眼内压 (IOP)变化的关系 ,为临床应用IOP无创监测颅内压 (ICP)提供实验依据。方法 :采用无创伤性压隐式眼压计 (第 1组 )及前房穿刺直接法 (第 2组 )测量IOP。结果 :2组ICP之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。第 1组IOP与ICP相关系数r=0 .85 5 (P <0 0 1) ,第 2组r=0 .931(P <0 0 1)。结论 :兔无创性IOP测量可无创性监测ICP。
Objective: To observe the relationship between intracranial hypertension and intraocular pressure (IOP), and to provide experimental basis for noninvasive intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring by IOP. METHODS: IOP was measured using a non-invasive hypotensive tonometry (group 1) and anterior chamber puncture direct method (group 2). Results: There was no significant difference between two groups of ICP (P> 0.05). The correlation coefficient between IOP and ICP in the first group was r = 0.855 (P <0.01), and in the second group was r = 0.91 (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Noninvasive IOP measurements in non-invasive monitoring of ICP in rabbits.
