目的探讨高糖饮食对儿童体液免疫功能的影响。方法以50例与诊断标准相符合的高糖饮食儿童基本身体特征进行测定,对相关因素给予调查。结果高糖饮食组Ig G以及C3补体的数值比普通儿童明显较低,同高糖饮食儿童的BMI、TG、肥胖时间、腹围、HBCI、HO-MA-IR关系密切。结论高糖饮食使儿童体液免疫的功能受到损害。其中高糖饮食血脂、体块指数、肥胖时间与免疫功能的受损有着直接影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-sugar diet on humoral immune function in children. Methods The basic physical characteristics of 50 high-sugar diet children who were consistent with the diagnostic criteria were measured and relevant factors were investigated. Results The values of Ig G and C3 complement in high glucose diet group were significantly lower than those in normal children, and were closely related to BMI, TG, obesity time, abdominal circumference, HBCI and HO-MA-IR in children with high glucose. Conclusion High glucose diet impairs children’s humoral immune function. One of the high-sugar diet, lipid, body mass index, obesity time and immune function has a direct impact.
