Tight junctions (TJ) are mainly composed of occludin, claudin and ZO family of transmembrane proteins, which exist between epithelial cells, epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells and are responsible for the regulation of cell-side and solute molecules Transmembrane transport and maintain the state of cell polarity, participate in cell differentiation and proliferation and other important physiological functions, by a variety of factors. Studies have shown that normal endometrial tissue, placental tissue and luteal cells are closely linked to the structure and expression of tight junction-related factors, tight junction structure and dysfunction can affect endometrial pregnancy during pregnancy, placenta accreta and luteal Function, may participate in the physiological process of pregnancy and pregnancy pathophysiology occurrence and development. Therefore, the study of the role of tight junctions in pregnancy physiology and pathology is of great significance.
