1、中国对虾生活在盐度为4.5-35.5%海水(渗透浓度为114-1178mOsm/kg)中,其血淋巴渗透浓度变化范围为587-797mOsm/kg。当海水渗透浓度为602mOsm/kg时,其血淋巴与海水等渗;当海水渗透浓度低于602mOsm/kg时,中国对虾表现为强高渗调节,高于602mOsm/kg时为中等低渗调节。2、中国对虾血淋巴中Na+离子在低盐度时为高高于调节,高盐度时为低离子调节。在试验盐度范围内,K+和Ca2+均为高高于调节,Mg2+为低高于调节。3、中国对虾对盐度突变有较强的适应能力。从盐度15‰海水转移到盐度70‰和28‰海水中,转移后分别在6和24小时中国对虾血淋巴渗透浓度基本能达到稳定。
1, Chinese shrimp living in the salinity of 4.5-35.5% seawater (osmolality of 114-1178mOsm / kg), the hemolymph infiltration concentration range of 587-797mOsm / kg. When the osmotic concentration of seawater was 602 mOsm / kg, the haemolymph was isotonic with seawater. When the infiltration concentration of seawater was less than 602 mOsm / kg, prawn shrimp showed strong hyperosmotic regulation, while moderately hypotonic regulation was higher than 602 mOsm / kg. 2, Na + ions in hemolymph of P. shrimp were higher than those in low salinity, and low ions in high salinity. Within the range of test salinity, both K + and Ca2 + were higher than the regulation and Mg2 + was lower than the regulation. 3, China shrimp salinity mutation has strong adaptability. From the salinity of 15 ‰ seawater to salinity 70 ‰ and 28 ‰ of seawater, respectively, 6 and 24 hours after transfer, the hemolymph permeability of shrimp basically stable.
