Commissioned by the State Construction Commission and the Gezhouba Engineering Committee commissioned by the Ministry of Water Resources on March 20, 1982 to 31, held at the Gezhouba site Oji River engineering preliminary design review meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chen Kui-yi and Comrade Li Cheng-ding. Participating in the meeting were State Construction Commission, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Machine Building, Ministry of Water Resources, Hubei Provincial People’s Government, the Yangtze River Shipping Authority, Water Transport Planning and Design Institute, Central China Electric Power Authority, Gezhouba Engineering Bureau, the Yangtze River Basin Planning Office and related scientific research units and 27 institutions such as institutions of higher learning
