针对武钢二炼钢厂的实际生产工艺,对KR脱硫搅拌过程进行水模试验,探讨搅拌速度、搅拌器插入深度对脱硫剂卷入量、卷入深度的影响规律,提出最佳的搅拌速度与搅拌器插入深度控制范围。通过采用最佳搅拌速度和搅拌器插入深度,低硅铁水一次脱硫合格率≥99.50%,超低硫铁水处理后硫痕迹达到95%以上,重脱无痕迹率达87%以上。
According to the actual production process of the second steelmaking plant in Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the model test of KR desulfurization and stirring process was carried out. The influence of stirring speed, depth of mixer insertion on the volume and depth of desulfurization agent was discussed. Mixer into depth control range. Through the adoption of the best stirring speed and the depth of mixer insertion, the pass rate of primary low-silicon molten iron desulfurization is over 99.50%, the sulfur trace of ultra-low sulfur molten iron reaches over 95%, and the traceless rate of over-off and over-break reaches more than 87%.
