脂酶是由 44 9个氨基酸残基组成的单链糖蛋白 ,分子量为 46 0 0 0 5 6 0 0 0D。脂酶存在于胰、小肠和多种其它组织中。胰腺组织中的脂酶浓度是血清中的 5 0 0 80 0倍。脂酶的最适合pH在 7.410 .0之间 ,等电点 pI由于酶的形式不同有5 .80 ,5 .85几种。电泳分析证实正常血清中脂酶分为两个同工酶带 ,胰腺炎时则可分为四个同工酶带。脂酶的测定可采用光电比色、比浊、免疫和荧光测定等多种测定方法 ,目前各种测定方法的灵敏度都较高 ,而特异性的变化则较大。目前脂酶已广泛应用于急性胰腺炎的诊断 ,而脂酶的升高亦据报道与癌症、非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病和肥胖等疾病相关
Lipase is a single chain glycoprotein consisting of 449 amino acid residues with a molecular weight of 46 0 0 0 56 0 0 0D. Lipases are found in the pancreas, small intestine and many other tissues. The concentration of lipase in pancreatic tissue is 50 0 0 0 times in serum. The most suitable pH for lipase is between 7.410.0 and the isoelectric point pI has several 5.80 and 5.85 due to different enzyme forms. Electrophoresis analysis confirmed that normal serum lipase is divided into two isozyme band, pancreatitis can be divided into four isozyme band. Determination of lipase can be used photoelectric colorimetric, turbidimetric, immunoassay and fluorescence determination of a variety of determination methods, the current sensitivity of various determination methods are higher, while the specificity of the larger changes. Lipase has now been widely used in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, and elevated lipases are also reported to be associated with cancers, non-insulin-dependent diabetes and obesity and other diseases
