营造现代文明国家和世界强国,中小学学生是后备军与重要推手,中小学教育则是关键环节与抓手,完善基础教育内涵、全面提高学生品质时不我待。基于有关信息和笔者的思考,文章提出:中小学电子化教学要节制、有度,电子化阅读应引导、把握好分寸;中学“大学化”现象当淡化;有效提升教育质量,教师须认真读书,自觉学习是教师进阶和基础教育水平提高之本;基础教育改革,要在培树学生的想象力、思辨力、独立思考能力与批判力上下功夫。 To build a modern and civilized nation and a world powerhouse, primary and secondary school students are reserve forces and important promoters, and primary and secondary education are the key links and starting point. Perfecting the connotation of basic education and improving the overall quality of students are not waiting for.
