麦冬及其炮制品中总黄酮含量测定探讨

本文采用紫外分光光度法分别测定麦冬、去心麦冬、朱砂麦冬和酒麦冬中总黄酮含量。结果表明,麦冬不同炮制品中总黄酮含量依次由去心麦冬、麦冬、朱砂麦冬、酒麦冬而递减,去心麦冬总黄酮明显高于其他炮制品。 In this paper, the determination of Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, Radix Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus were respectively determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in Radix Ophiopogon japonicus was decreased from Radix Ophiopogon, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus, and the total flavonoids of Radix Ophiopogonis were significantly higher than those of other processed products.
