部分边境地区地理位置特殊,人群结构复杂,人员流动性大,是恐怖分子进行恐怖袭击活动的重点地区,尤其是近年来,暴恐活动增多,严重影响国家稳定和人民生命财产安全。构建反恐维稳医学救援体系,对提高反恐部队战斗力、降低人员伤亡率具有重要意义。当前,国际上许多国家对反恐维稳医学救援研究已初具雏形,而我国在这方面仍准备不足,急需开展救援体系研究。 Some border areas have special geographical locations, complex population structure and large staff mobility.
