目的 探讨用山羊建立下颌骨牵张成骨实验动物模型的可行性和优越性。方法 选用山羊6只,通过自行研制的下颌牵张器经口外途径建立一种延长双侧下颌体的实验动物模型。结果 6只山羊的下颌骨被成功延长10mm,牵张间隙内新骨生成确切。结论 山羊是一种较理想而经济的进行牵张成骨基础研究的实验动物,本研究所建动物模型具有很高的可行性和可重复性
Objective To explore the feasibility and superiority of using goats to establish experimental animal model of mandibular distraction osteogenesis. Methods Six goats were selected, and an experimental animal model of prolongation of bilateral mandibular body was established by self-developed mandibular distractor via oral route. Results The mandibular succession of 6 goats was successfully prolonged by 10 mm and the new bone formation in the distraction gap was confirmed. Conclusion Goat is an ideal and economical experimental animal for the basic research of distraction osteogenesis. The animal model built in this study has high feasibility and repeatability
