上幼儿园是幼儿一生中的第一次重要转折,他们从零散的家庭教育变成系统的机构教育,从几个人的家庭生活转变成为一群人的集体生活,从自由散漫的家庭环境进入秩序井然的校园氛围,这中间,或多或少都会有一些情绪上的反应。对于良性的情绪,我们要及时鼓励,而对于不良情绪,我们要巧妙应对,这不仅是正常、顺利开展幼儿园教学活动的需要,也是幼儿健康成长、和谐发展的必须。本文主要从幼儿家长和教师两方面着手,谈谈如何帮助新入园幼儿适应学校的集体环境。
