合成了一种新型的金属有机螫合物 LiBq4(Lithium tetra-(8-hydroxy-quinolinato) boron),并研究了其光致发光(PL)和电致发光(EL)性质.在以 LiBq4为发光层的三层结构器件 ITO/TPP(50 nm)/LiBq4(50 nm)/AlQ(5nm)/Al中得到了蓝色发光.
A new type of metal organic compound LiBq4 (Li-8-hydroxy-quinolinato) was synthesized and its photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) properties were studied. Blue luminescence was obtained in a three-layer device of ITO / TPP (50 nm) / LiBq4 (50 nm) / AlQ (5 nm) / Al with LiBq4 as the light-emitting layer.
