近日,交通运输部正式颁布《城市公共汽车和电车客运管理规定》(简称《规定》),自5月1日起施行。《规定》明确了城市公共汽电车客运的适用范围、发展定位、基本原则和发展方向等。截至2016年底,全国共有城市公共汽电车60余万辆,运营企业近4 000户,从业人员130余万人,年完成客运量超700亿人次,是城市公共交通的重要组成部分。 Recently, the Ministry of Transport formally promulgated the Provisions on the Administration of Passenger Transport of Urban Buses and Trams (the “Provisions”), which came into effect on May 1. “Regulations” clearly defines the scope of application, development orientation, basic principles and development direction of urban public transport buses. By the end of 2016, there were more than 600,000 public buses in cities, nearly 4,000 operating enterprises and over 1.3 million employees in the country. The annual passenger traffic reached over 70 billion passengers, making it an important component of urban public transport.
