大型油罐容许倾斜值控制标准问题是工程设计中急待解决的重要课题。目前我国地基规范中,对油罐不均匀沉降容许值尚无统一规定。本文结合我们近十年来在浙江、上海等沿海软土地区所进行的大型油罐软土地基试验研究工作,并通过对60座油罐工程现场实测沉降资料分析研究,参考了国外有关文献,提出了罐体倾斜、罐周差异沉降和罐基拱度估算经验公式。并按照油罐基础沉降三种模式分别给出浮顶罐和固定顶罐不均匀沉降容许值。供今后工程设计参考。
The problem of the allowable tilt control standard for large tanks is an important issue to be solved in engineering design. At present, there is no uniform regulation for the differential settlement of oil tanks in China’s foundation code. This paper combines our large-scale oil tank soft soil foundation tests conducted in coastal soft soil areas such as Zhejiang and Shanghai in the past ten years, and analyzes and studies the field-tested settlement data of 60 oil tanks projects, and references relevant literature abroad. The empirical formulas for tank tilting, differential settlement around the tank, and the evaluation of the crown of the tank foundation were performed. According to the three modes of tank foundation settlement, the allowable values for differential settlement of floating roof tanks and fixed roof tanks are given respectively. For future engineering design reference.
