动压巷道松动圈测试技术及破坏范围评价

通过归纳分析现有松动圈测试技术及其优缺点,选择钻孔窥视仪与非金属超声探伤2种方法对典型动压巷道的松动范围进行了联合测试,深入分析了窥视图像与超声探测数据,通过测站布孔及数学方法确定了松动圈的破坏范围。研究结果表明:钻孔窥视法较为直观;非金属超声探伤测试数据易于分析。2种手段联合测试,可达到相互配合的效果,结合数学方法,可有效推测动压巷道的松动范围,为工程技术人员提供支护设计依据。 By analyzing and analyzing the existing loose ring testing technology and its advantages and disadvantages, two kinds of methods, drilling peep-hole meter and non-metallic ultrasonic flaw detection, were selected to test the looseness range of the typical dynamic pressure and roadway. The peep images and the ultrasonic sounding data were analyzed. The rupture scope of loose ring was confirmed by the cloth hole in the station and the mathematical method. The results show that: the drilling peep method is more intuitive; nonmetal ultrasonic testing data easy to analyze. Two kinds of means joint test, can achieve the effect of mutual cooperation, combined with mathematical methods, can effectively speculate the dynamic pressure of the loose roadway range for engineering and technical personnel to provide support for the design basis.
