1984年,利用玉米螟白僵菌菌株147号(法国菌株)和9号(中国菌株)制成颗粒剂,在吉林省白城进行防治玉米螟的田间试验。施用一次,使用孢子量6×10~(13)/公顷,对防治1~2两代玉米螟的效果,依次降低虫量为96.62—95.2%和84.28~75.55%,提高田间僵虫率依次为72.77~83.6%和29.21~50.70%。147号菌株防治第一代王米螟效果高于9号菌株,可能是残效期较短,不适应异地气候条件之故。两个菌株混合使用增效不明显。
In 1984, a field experiment was conducted in Baicheng, Jilin Province to prevent and control Ostrinia furnacalis with the use of Beauveria bassiana strain No. 147 (French strain) and No. 9 (Chinese strain) as granules. The application rate of 6 × 10 ~ (13) per hectare of spores to control one to two generations of corn borer was reduced by 96.62-95.2% and 84.28% -75.55%, respectively, 72.77 ~ 83.6% and 29.21 ~ 50.70%. The strain No.147 was better than strain 9 in controlling the first generation rice kingdom borer, which may be due to its short residual period and inapplicability to climatic conditions in different places. The two strains mixed use efficiency is not obvious.
