部分水解聚丙烯腈能与地层水中的多价金属离子反应生成沉淀,堵塞出水孔道。当地层中缺乏多价金属离子时,采用部分水解聚丙烯腈加氯化钙堵水,效果也很好。本文介绍了部分水解聚丙烯腈加氯化钙堵水剂的配方评选和性能测定结果,分析了岩心模拟试验和现场试验情况,探讨了堵水机理,提出了该项堵水技术的适用条件。
Partially hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile can react with polyvalent metal ions in the formation water to precipitate and block the outlet channels. When the lack of polyvalent metal ions in the local, the use of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile plus calcium chloride water, the effect is also very good. This paper introduces the recipe selection and performance measurement results of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile plus calcium chloride water blockage agent. The core simulation test and field test are analyzed. The water plugging mechanism is discussed. The applicable conditions of the water plugging technology are proposed.
