提出用活性炭采集空气中双丙酮醇,经15%异戊醇二硫化碳溶液解吸,用FFAP柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测的气相色谱测定方法,相对标准偏差为43%~80%,解吸效率为868%,穿透容量大于115mg/100mg活性炭,检出限为57×10-3μg(进样1微升),样品常温下在活性炭管中至少可保存5天。
Proposed using activated carbon to collect diacetone alcohol in the air, desorbed by 15% isoamyl alcohol carbon disulfide solution, separated by FFAP column and detected by gas chromatography with hydrogen flame ionization detector, the relative standard deviation was 43% ~ 80%, the desorption efficiency (868%). The detection limit is 57 × 10-3μg (injection 1μl). The sample can be stored in activated carbon tube for at least 5 days at room temperature.
