溴-甲醇法是广泛用于测定金属铝中氧化铝的方法。本文指出测定的实际是Al_4C_3和Al_2O_3的总量而非样品中真正的Al_2O_3含量,也不能得出非金属总夹杂含量。本文提出了对溴-甲醇法的改进,可用来测定金属铝中总的非金属夹杂物含量。
The bromine-methanol method is a widely used method for the determination of alumina in metallic aluminum. This paper points out that the actual measurement is the total amount of Al_4C_3 and Al_2O_3 instead of the real Al_2O_3 content in the sample, nor can it be found that the total content of non-metallic inclusions. This paper presents an improvement of the bromine-methanol method, which can be used to determine the total content of non-metallic inclusions in aluminum.
