目的研究磁敏感加权成像(SWI)诊断脑静脉畸形(CVM)的价值。方法分析7例CVM患者的磁共振表现,重点总结其SWI特点。结果病变位于侧脑室旁2例,基底节区1例,小脑半球3例,小脑蚓部1例。SWI序列7例均显示呈低信号表现的引流静脉及髓静脉,其中6例髓静脉呈现出典型的“伞”征,而在常规MRI中,7例均未显示此特征性形态。结论 SWI序列较常规MRI能更好的显示CVM特征性表现,是诊断CVM的最佳方法。
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebral venous malformations (CVM). Methods The MRI findings of 7 patients with CVM were analyzed. The characteristics of SWI were summarized. Results The lesions were located in lateral ventricle in 2 cases, basal ganglia in 1 case, cerebellar hemisphere in 3 cases and cerebellar vermis in 1 case. Seven cases of SWI showed a low signal manifestation of drainage veins and medullary veins, of which 6 cases showed typical “umbrella” signs in the medullary vein, while in the conventional MRI, 7 cases did not show this characteristic morphology. Conclusion The SWI sequence shows the characteristic features of CVM better than conventional MRI, which is the best way to diagnose CVM.
