工程船是目前新建和扩建港口、增加和维护航道尺度的主要手段,而疏浚机具乃工程船舶之心脏。为了实现“七五”和2000年科技,经济和社会发展规划;中船总公司七院七○八研究所三室及其疏浚机具试验室正在抓紧开发研究各种适应施工要求、效率高、成本低和多用途的新型工程船舶及疏浚机具。
