萧冬颖1993年毕业于齐齐哈尔大学,一直在绥化市第9中学担任英语教学工作,同时还是班主任、高中部政教主任。多年来,多次代表学校出省、市级公开课(示范课),撰写了多篇优秀教育教学论文。教学成绩突出,曾培养出市中考状元,中考前十名,所带首届高中毕业班二表入段率达到半数以上。曾多次被评为绥化市优秀教师、市德育先进个人,2008年被评为黑龙江省优秀班主任。
