目的检测分析乌鲁木齐地区布鲁氏菌病患者治疗前后免疫球蛋白含量的变化及意义。方法对治疗前后布鲁氏菌病患者和同期健康体检者的血清采用速率散射免疫比浊法检测免疫球蛋白的含量。结果治疗前布鲁氏菌病患者,血清IgG和IgM含量分别为(18.27±7.95)g/L和(2.92±1.25)g/L,明显高于对照组(7.32±3.72)g/L和(1.60±0.64)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但对于IgA的含量,病例组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后病例组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA和IgM含量明显降低,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测布鲁氏菌病患者机体免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平的变化有助于临床布鲁氏菌病的诊治。
Objective To detect and analyze the changes and significance of immunoglobulin in patients with brucellosis before and after treatment in Urumqi. Methods The serum of patients with brucellosis before and after treatment and healthy people in the same period were measured by immunochromatography with rate nephelometry. Results The levels of serum IgG and IgM in patients with brucellosis before treatment were (18.27 ± 7.95) g / L and (2.92 ± 1.25) g / L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (7.32 ± 3.72) g / 1.60 ± 0.64) g / L, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). However, for the content of IgA, there was no significant difference between the case group and the control group (P> 0.05); after treatment, the immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM contents in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion Detection of brucellosis in patients with immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM levels change in clinical diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis.
