本文分析了影响圆弧齿轮传动质量的主要因素以后,提出以弦齿深、齿根圆、公法线长度作为中低速传动的基本测量项目;对高速传动,则另加周节、轴节及齿面波度三项。简略地阐述了已试制的齿深千分尺、齿根圆测量头、公法线卡尺、齿面波度仪及两用齿距仪等五种量具的结构、规格、用法及测量值的计算。并对各种量具进行了大量试验,初步得出了量具测量稳定性的若干结论。
