In order to reduce the impact of newly-generated traffic volume on the urban traffic system in the construction project, traffic impact assessment has been carried out all over the country. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has also released in 2010 the People’s Republic of China Industry Standard “Technical Standards for Traffic Impact Assessment of Construction Projects ”(CJJT141-2010).
